Day 14

Still not smoking and I thnk I may have survived the first crisis. The last few days have been pure hades. Nervouse, cranky and bad tempered all the classic symptoms of nicoteen withdrawl.


Celebrate, Celebrate. My Cowboys may not have done anything at all in the playoffs this year but at least thanks to my new "Second Favorite" team the New Orleans Saints those blasted low life Eagles have been eliminated from the playoffs.

My Dallas Mavericks (Mavs) are 30 and 8. First place in the West, best record in the NBA. The Mavs take on the Toronto Raptors. The Raptors are in first place in the Eastern Conference Atlantic Division with a 17 and 20 record. We should beat the little dinosaur donuts out of them, but lets not take it for granted. I heard on the radio yesterday that Marty Turco was going to be the starting goaltender for the NHL All Star game. Is this a Pity Start? It is frustrating that all the really good players for the Dallas Stars are out injured when the All Star Game is played in Dallas but we dont need pity starts.
