DAY 50!!!!!!

Fooled you, I made it to 50 days without a ciggarette. How do you like them tax dollars Govenor Rick "Rino" Perry --- You cant spend them supporting the education of illegal aliens if they stay in my pocket. So far this year Govenor you are on a real roll. Between your Illegal Alien Education Support Tax, Your desire to privatize gambling in Texas and your Hillary Clinton Healthcare inspired intrusion into the business of Sexually Transmitted Diseases and who should decide when our daughters should get vaccinated for them I am surprised that anyone is still talking or listening to you. It's a darn good thing you can't run again because you have alienated the entire conservative base. I hope you are serious about wanting to retire to your ranch when your term is over because it's a fact that me and a whole lot of other conservative republicans here in Texas are going to do our level best to make sure you NEVER get elected to anything in Texas again.

For the record, to all those folks that constantly remind me that Govenor Rick "Rino" Perry is still better than his democrat opponent, at least with the Democrat we would see the knive coming! It would not be striking us in the back!

Today Senator McCain once more proved why CONSERVATIVE republicans can never support him. If you have not read the article from South Carolina about the "Good" Senator's speach yet please take the time to do so.

Not that I am complaining about Wade Phillips but why oh why couldn't the Chargers fire their consistantly successfull Head Coach two weeks earlier. The Chargers have hired ex Dallas Offensive Coordinator and Redskin/Raider Head Coach Norv Turner. I wish him nothing but the best of luck except when he is playing the Cowboys.

Friday night is the big event over in Kaufman County. So far we have lined up 15 folks from Hunt County to make the trip over to Forney. We need to get at least 20 folks to make a strong impression on these speakers who have ignored Hunt County in the past. We (Here in Hunt County) have never given them a reason to come and speak to our groups because we don't have a history of turning out to support speakers. We need to correct this misconception!
