Day 126

Day 126 --- It's been a rough few days, I managed to NOT smoke for 126 straight days but the last several days have been extremely hard. I keep thinking what I really need is a cold beer and a smoke. It's been over 13 years since I had a drink.

As everyone knows my beloved Mavericks Choked so hard that they set a new NBA record. The only 1st seed to lose to a 8th seed since they started the best of 7 series. To put it mildly I am disgusted by this turn of events. I have been dying for the playoffs to start since the Mav's choked in last years NBA Championship, really did not expect this disaster.

The Hunt County GOP Club hosted fundraiser on May 14th looks like it is coming together and will be a huge success. This week I heard from Tina Benkiser, the Chairman of the Texas Republican Party, that she will be attending our picnic in July.

Last night My wife and I took my Grandson to see Spiderman 3. It was his first movie (Six weeks old now), not exactly a great movie but it is a very good one and we enjoyed it.
