I have not looked at all the results yet, but I do know that they are not good. It looks like McCain is all but a lock for the Republican Nomination.
Of course the big news locally is that the Texas Rangers once more stepped out there and made a major move to fix their problems. You might ask did they go get some pitching? No, that would require Tom Hicks to actually spend money on the team. You might ask did they go get some outfielders that dont have either arm problems or attitude problems? No, that would require Tom Hicks to actually spend money on the team. No Pitching, No Hitting, No Defense, So what did the Rangers do? They hired a new Team President. You might ask was it some proven Baseball Genius that will finally get the team out of the basement? Ok, how about some hot new kid that might turn this franchise around? Neither! They hired retired Baseball superstar Nolan Ryan to run the team. Experience --- None! Will this help the team? I seriously doubt it! It is just another publicity stunt by Tom Hicks to put fans in the seat without actually spending any money on the team.
