Time to Make some Changes

Come Tuesday when the Mavericks are eliminated from the Playoffs in the first round again, Some changes need to be made with the franchise. By the close of business Tuesday night the only people that should still be pulling a paycheck from The Mavs are Mark Cuban, Dirk and Jason "Jet" Terry. The entire coaching staff needs to be fired, the rest of the players need to be either traded or cut. This thing is not working and it is not working because of Avery and the rest of the Mav's management is to blame. A move should have been made last OFF SEASON not at the trade deadline. Now we have no draft choices, a slow team that cant play in the paint. Like everyone else I hoped Jason Kidd would prove to be the spark that reignited the Mavs. It just aint gonna happen. Time to blow it up and start again.
