First thing I should let you know is if you leave a comment I disagree with or I feel merits I WILL Respond to it.

The Judicial Filibuster: Lets face a few facts, There is NO Judicial Filibuster. If there was we would be seeing the Senators speaking nonstop on CNN, what we have is a spineless Republican Majority not having the guts to force the issue. If the Lunatic Left wishes to filabuster the Judicial nominations of the President then make them do it for real, enough of this "Virtual" BS.

Spelling Errors: I make every effort to spell every word I use to the best of my ability, but I aint a perfect speller. If you feel the need to comment on my spelling, you should expect me to comment on your Anal-Cranial Inversion.

I have an open question for Democrats. Does Govenor Howard Dean represent you? Does he speak for you when he insinuates that President Bush knew in advance about 911? Does he speak for you when he says that Congressman Delay should go ahead and return to Austin to serve out a Jail Term? I wont bother to point out that Congressman Delay has not been Tried much less convicted of any crime, I wont bother to remind you that Congresswoman Pelosi has been accused of the exact same ethics breeches. Govenor Dean has refered to Republicans as Evil, Curropt and brain dead. He has called the Chairman of the Republican Senate Conference a Liar. I would call him a loose cannon but cannons deserve more respect.

We now have a growing controversy about photos taken of the Butcher of Baghdad in his underwear. I want to know where the outrage was when this maniac was slaughtering thousands of his own people? I want to know where the outrage was when he gassed the Kurds or the Iranians? This left wing British piece of trash is doing its best to enrage the "Arab Street" against America! Why wasn't it doing its best to enrage the "Arab Street" against Saddam when he was killing Muslims? Do I detect a double standard? It seems the only thing you can trust in the mainstream media nowdays is that they are going to LIE in order to make President Bush and the United States Military look bad. CBS uses FORGED documents in a story to blast President Bush, Newsweek prints lies about the US Military defacing a Koran. This is no longer "Spinning" the news it is pure Lies.

My dear Unk, I am glad we agree 100%. Mind you, I don't mind disagreeing with you. In fact, I'd much rather disagree with you, if I have to disagree with someone. You see, you and I agree on the important things. Disagreeing on trivialities does not bother me at all. I hope you understand that.

As for the Compromise Debacle, what can I say? I said it a hundred times since yesterday: I never cried over politics. Last night, I did.

My husband and I worked for 8 years with one major objective in mind: to restore the courts to their original role: that of supporting our Constitution. We gave time and not a little of our hard-earned money to ridding this country of activist judges who legislate from the bench. 8 years of effort, time, and money (and hope) down the drain. You think YOU'RE angry?

As a reluctant resident of Maine, I can only offer my humblest apologies for those two political prostitutes that Maine contributed to the US Senate. I only hope that Americans all over the country understand that they are much despised and disliked by true Maine grass-root Republicans. Unfortunately, they are kept in power by those with the big bucks. Why, I can't even imagine. I can only hope that after this catastrophe, we will finally be able to rid ourselves of such scourge.

I confess that I left a couple of most vituperative messages on their answering machines last night. I told them very clearly, among other things, that I will support anyone and anything that will finally rid our state of the two of them. Trust me, if they arrest people on grounds of offensive messages, I will shortly be between bars.

My husband and I also left very terse messages to all Republican senators about the urgency to rid our party of traitors. And spare me the mushy "It's not treason to disagree." I never said it was. But stabbing the president, the country, and the constituency (those who contribute with time and money) in the back IS treason. Always was and alway will be. Period. And those who cannot tell the difference between the two will be the undoing of this fine country of ours.

So you see, Unk, when it comes to important things, you and I are in total agreement.

Great minds, and all that.

Big hug,

MT
