Frustration Levels on the rise

This morning I attended the Hunt County Republican Men's Club meeting in Greenville. Although I am really starting to think it should be called the Hunt County Rhino Men's Club. One of the Guest speakers, and I say guest because I have never seen him at a meeting before, was Judge Bobbitt. Judge Bobbitt is probably a very nice guy and I am sure he has alot of good points but he is not a Conservative, he is at best a Rhino. The President of the Club made a point of endorsing Judge Bobbit and "Assuring" him that everyone in the room was behind him 100%. That is a big load of steaming BS! Ignoring the fact that Judge Bobbitt's primary opponent was in the room, there are alot of us conservatives that are sick and tired of the Good Old Boy, Country Club Republican philosphy that Judge Bobbitt represents.

It was also extremely inappropriate for the President of the Hunt County Republican Men's club to ENDORSE one of the canidates in a contested primary during a meeting. I have made no secret of my support for John Horn but I would not even for a second consider standing up at a GOP Club meeting and endorsing him.
