This Elected official is an idiot. Govt deciding what can and cant be filmed is censorship and that is a direct violation of the 1st Amendment to the Costitution of the United States of America. HOWEVER, He is correct that North Carolina Taxpayers SHOULD NOT be paying for this crap. No Govt, Federal, State or Local should be footing the bills for these Hollywood liberals to come make their filth in their districts. No where in the Constitution does it mention paying for the making of movies.
