Summer Movies

I was wandering around on the net today, since I am not allowed to go back to work yet and checking out what was going on. Amoung the things I noticed was a lot of sequels and "maybe" good movies coming out this Summer. Thought I would share my "Can Hardly Wait" list with yall and invite you to share yours with me.

1. Fantastic Four 2: Silver Surfer ---- The FF were my favorite marvel comic growing up, this has got to be the big movie for me this summer.

2. Shrek 3 --- I admit I am totally on the Shrek bandwagon.

3. Spiderman 3 --- 1 was good, 2 was very good I am hoping that 3 with the Sandman and the "New" Green Goblin will look as good as the commericials. Introducing the black costume which of course leads to Venom in 4 could be great.

4. Pirates 3 --- I wanted to hate these movies. I Detest Johnny Depp, his politics drive me crazy. His acting is bizarre and he is one of the wierdest looking people on the face of the Earth. On the other hand the movies are outstanding. A Ton of fun and lots of action.

5. Harry Potter 5 --- I think this series has about run its course. The last movie was not very good. This one will either reinspire the series or make it possible to NOT make the rest of the books into movies.

6. Ratatouille --- All I know about this movie so far is that it is by Pixar. The same folks that brought us Toy Story, the Incredibles and to date has not produced a single bad movie. That makes it work strong consideration.

7. The Bourne Ultimatium --- I am not much of a Mat Damon fan but these have been fairly good action movies.

8. Die Hard 4 --- Ok, so Die already. Sorry, Bruce is just too old to play the action hero.

9. Ocean's 13 --- Enough already of these movies. They are lousy movies but it gives folks a chance to see all of their favorite "Superstars" work together.

10. Evan, Almighty --- I hated the original "Bruce, Almighty". Thought it was sacrilegious and an insult to Christians. I cant imagine that the sequel is any better.

11. Simpsons: The Movie --- Why?

12. Transformers -- Please shoot me if you see me paying to see this movie
