There are times we have to look real hard to find the good news. This has been one of those weeks. I am still struggling with the smoking (sigh), I thought I had that demon under control but gave in during a time of stress and Now I find it hard as the devil to put them down again. On the other hand I am still fighting it.
The McCain-Kennedy-Bush Amnesty bill DIED tonight in the Senate. That is the best news we have had out of Washington in long long time. So maybe there is hope that our Elected Idiots will do the right thing after all. Yes I know the odds on that happening are slim and none.
