I rarely suggest anyone take the time to look up an online newspaper much less a specific columnist. However, I would like to suggest yall take a look at W. Gardner Selby. He is a political columnist in the Austin Statesman. He interviewed me at the Straw Poll in Ft Worth last week. Even Though he did not use any of my comments in his articles about the Poll, I found them fair and even handed. I suspect like most reporters Mr Selby is a liberal (particularly since he works for the Austin Paper) but, at least what I have read so far, he does not let it influence his reporting.
On the downside you have to register to read the Austin Paper.
