There is an old saying that Justice Delayed is Justice Denied. I always thought that the saying was a load of Bovine Droppings, until now. Friday I learned that some of the charges involved in the latest Hunt County Courthouse scandal had been dropped. Were they dropped because of a lack of evidence? NO! Were they dropped because the accused was innocent? NO! We will never know if she was guilty or innocent because the charges were dropped due to the Statue of Limitations running out. The Hunt County District Attorney dragged his feet so much in turning over the evidence to the Special Prosecutor out of Dallas that the Time limit on the charges had passed.
Justice Delayed ------------- JUSTICE DENIED!
